Where Can I Find My Estimated Ship Date?

Your estimated shipping window is located on your invoice, in the description box, underneath your part(s) description.

Where Are Your Product Made?

All of our exhaust systems and machined parts are made in-house, at our Headquarters located in Simi Valley, CA. USA

Are You Advertised Lead Times Accurate?

We strive to keep our advertised lead times accurate. They are located on our website under each product in the Additional Info section.

Do Your Exhaust System Installs Required Welding?

The Short: No. The Long: All of our exhaust systems bolt in stock location, with no cutting or welding required. We supply all new hardware, gaskets and most of our exhaust systems have an a provided installation manual.

How Do I Change My Order?

Send us an email and under Type Of Inquiry, choose Make a change to my order. In the inquiry description provide your invoice number and state the changes you would like made.

NOTE: In some cases if we are too close to your shipping window, your order may already be in production and the change request may not be fulfilled.

How Do I Check My Order Status?

Send us an email and under Type Of Inquiry, choose Order Status. In the inquiry description provide your invoice number and keep it short and sweet. Ex: May I get an update on my order?

NOTE: Your original estimated lead time (located on your invoice) is accurate and if we are on track to ship early we will contact you ahead of time.

How do i place an order if i'm not located in the united states?

For orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam and Canada, you can place your order directly though our website. All orders shipping to Canada will come via UPS Standard, or U.S. Postal Service.

For all other international orders (excluding Canada), send us an email, and under Type Of Inquiry, select “International Shipping (Excluding Canada”. Please inlude the following info:

  • Full shipping address
  • Residential or business?
  • Telephone number
  • Part number/s of products 
  • Any other special notes

We will generate an estimate with shipping charges included. If both parties agree to terms, we will request payment via wire transfer along with further instructions.
