Fast Intentions, Inc. is proud to present our VQ37VHR FAST-500E (ethanol compatible) Return Fuel System. With the birth of our twin turbo kit, we did extensive R&D on the 370Z and OEM fuel system. It did not take long to see that the OEM fuel system could not support forced induction reliably. As the load and PSI (Pounds Per Square Inch) increased, the fuel pressure would decrease. This limited our controllability over the air fuel ratio in the higher rpm's. The FAST-500E Return Fuel System is an ethanol compatible version of our FAST-500 Return Fuel System. This system utilizes an Aeromotive Sport Compact 1:1 boost reference fuel pressure regulator, Aeromotive 10-microns, microglass fuel filter, our billet CNC aluminum fuel tube adapter block, a dedicated feed line to supply adequate fuel to the fuel injectors and the CJM in tank OEM regulator delete kit. Our #1 goal with this fuel system was to supply adequate and constant fuel pressure at idle and under WOT (Wide Open Throttle.) The tuner now has full controllability over the air fuel ratio throughout the rpm band. • Aeromotive 10-Microns, Microglass Fuel Filter, anodized black.
• FI Fuel Tube Billet Aluminum CNC Block. "Military Grade" black anodized for maximum durability and a stealth appearance.
• FI -6 Aircraft grade, Teflon coated stainless steel braided lines. All fuel lines have a black protective outer coating to prevent fraying on other components. The protective coating also adds to the stealth nonobtrusive look.
• All fuel lines are assembled and crimped in house. (Pressure tested to 150 PSI)
• -6 dedicated feed line to ensure adequate fuel is supplied to the fuel injectors.
